Program Bag Insert – $1,495

Stand out and get every attendee’s attention with a program bag insert. We are limiting the number of bag inserts this year, which will make each bag insert stand out. Fliers, brochures, pamphlets and publications are welcome. Sponsor is responsible for printing/manufacturing and shipping/delivery by deadline.

Hospitality Suites, Receptions and Hosted Meals* – $395

(plus cost of catering)

Hospitality Suites: Inform or entertain by engaging with your potential investors, clients, donors, supporters or attendees in a hospitality suite. Your 90-minute session includes a space and time reservation based on first-come, first-served; basic AV setup (projection/display, podium/mic) for presentations, and a listing in the conference agenda if desired. Space is limited so reserve your space as early as possible. Catering is additional and arranged/paid directly to Paris Hotel.

Receptions: Entertain your members, clients, donors, investors and colleagues with an elegant reception right onsite at FreedomFest. Your 60-120 minute session includes a space and time reservation based on first-come, first-served; basic AV setup (projection/display, podium/mic) for presentations, and a listing in the conference agenda if desired. Space is limited so reserve your space as early as possible. Catering is additional and arranged/paid directly to Paris Hotel.

Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner Hosted Event with Presentation*

Hosted Meal: Host a breakfast, lunch or dinner for FreedomFest attendees as potential clients, investors, supporters or donors. Your 50-minute session (90-120 minutes for dinner) includes a space and time reservation based on first-come, first-served; basic AV setup (projection/display, podium/mic) for presentations, and a listing in the conference agenda if desired. Limited number of sponsorships available. Cost of catering additional and arranged/paid directly to Paris Hotel.

VIP Sponsorship Table Saturday Night Banquet – $3,000

Make sure your sponsorship leaves that final lasting impression with a table sponsorship of the Saturday Night Farewell Banquet – this year we not only celebrate our own 10th Anniversary but also Reason Foundation's 50th Anniversary and the Reason Media Awards. Sponsor the Anthem Filmmakers Lounge for filmmaker networking, outside the Anthem Film Room at FreedomFest. Anthem Filmmakers Banquet Tables - $3,000

Sponsor the filmmakers at the Anthem Film Awards during the Saturday Night Banquet. Provides 10 tickets for Anthem filmmakers at a reserved VIP table named in your honor, plus announcement of your sponsorship in the program and acknowledgement from the stage during the banquet award event.

Sponsor the annual invitation-only Anthem Filmmakers Reception, including catering, AV and all other related costs. Announcement of your sponsorship in the program and agenda, plus opening remarks at the reception. Includes 2 Filmmakers Passes to Anthem Film Festival.

Grand Prize Sponsor - $10,000

Be the BIGGEST hero of the Anthem Film Festival by sponsoring the Grand Prize. Includes the $2500 prize award, branding on the final trophy, acknowledgment from the stage and co-presentation of the award at the Saturday Night Banquet with 4 VIP banquet tickets at the Anthem Film Festival banquet table. Includes 4 Filmmakers Passes to Anthem Film Festival.

Sponsorship Fee + cost of catering

To reserve your hosted hospitality suite, reception, luncheon, breakfast or dinner, you will select that on your registration form. The nominal FreedomFest sponsorship fee includes your space and time slot reservation/assignment, basic A/V set up (projector, screen, podium, mic), and a listing in the conference agenda (if desired).

Then, you will work directly with the Paris Las Vegas team to organize all food and beverage selections, giving you more control over what is served, how the room is set-up, and most importantly, your budget. Any additional A/V needs will also be arranged directly with Paris Las Vegas/Encore. Payment for all food and beverage, as well as additional A/V, will be made directly to Paris Las Vegas and/or Encore.

This will allow FreedomFest to focus on making sure you get the best scheduling and promotion on our side, while you get to be in control of your catering budget and experience for the guests at your hosted event.

Program Bag Inserts

We are pleased to announce that we are using Opportunity Village, a Vegas-based charity, to take care of our program bags this year. All program bag inserts and products (fliers, merchandise, etc) must be delivered to Opportunity Village no later than June 25th. All Platinum and Diamond exhibitors receive one program bag insert as part of their sponsorship. All others must be purchased separately.
